Keeper works hand-in-hand with your employer’s payroll system to help you access your earnings early. Sometimes an issue may occur where Keeper can’t automatically deduct the money from your upcoming paycheck. In this case, you can still make withdrawals, but you’ll have to pay Keeper back by the date noted in your account. You’ll have options like using a debit card, credit card, or Apple Pay, or you can contact Keeper’s customer support team at 866-990-4080 or support@keeperewa.com to set up a payment plan. If Keeper isn’t paid back, your account might be temporarily paused.
Once a transaction is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
